OPED Rocker Sole

The OPED Rocker sole is designed to be used with the VACOped, VACOcast, and VACOpedes walking boot. They are detachable, which can be temporarily removed to keep street dirt off your furniture and out of your bed. Our standard Rocker Sole has a gentle curve, to gentle “rock” the foot to enable easier walking (as prescribed by your doctor).
Picking up an additional rocker sole also allows you to have a clean sole for walking around your house.

OPED’s Warranty Guarantees their Walking Boot Accessories For 12 weeks.
OPED warrants to the first buyer who is the original end-user of the Product) that the Product shall be free of material defects resulting from inferior materials or poor workmanship for a period of twelve (12) weeks of factual use.
If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to customerservice@physiostore.ca. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

30-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that remain new and unopened.
Unopened condition required. Security seals must remain intact and packaging must not be opened. Items must be returned in original, unused condition for full product credit.
All law labels, identification labels, manuals, and original packaging must remain attached and undamaged. Please pack returns carefully in a secondary shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
If an item is returned opened, used, or not in resellable condition, the return will not be accepted. You will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to have the item shipped back to you.
If we do not receive instructions regarding return shipment within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item on your behalf.
International orders are final sale. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not eligible for return or exchange.

This is a great rocker when first worn it sadly has no protection so if you live in a rural area or on surfaces that are tough it wears down sooooo fast. Physio store did offer one replacement and I will try to outer bag cover to see if I can protect it I wish there was a better material on bottom tread to allow it to be more protected as it is only a foam material
