The OPED 15º Wedge Sole is designed to be used with the OPED VACOped Achilles Injury Orthosis Boot, the OPED VACOped Short Achilles Injury/Fracture Walking Boot and the OPED VACOped Diabetic Achilles Orthoses.
The 15° Wedge Sole for Achilles Orthoses enables you to walk more easily while the VACOped Achilles Injury/Fracture and VACOped Diabetic Achilles Orthoses boot is set at an angle of 10 degrees plantar flexion or greater. (At 5 degrees or less, wear the flat “Rocker” sole).

OPED’s Warranty Guarantees their Walking Boot Accessories For 12 weeks.
OPED warrants to the first buyer who is the original end-user of the Product) that the Product shall be free of material defects resulting from inferior materials or poor workmanship for a period of twelve (12) weeks of factual use.
If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to customerservice@physiostore.ca. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

30-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that remain new and unopened.
Unopened condition required. Security seals must remain intact and packaging must not be opened. Items must be returned in original, unused condition for full product credit.
All law labels, identification labels, manuals, and original packaging must remain attached and undamaged. Please pack returns carefully in a secondary shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
If an item is returned opened, used, or not in resellable condition, the return will not be accepted. You will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to have the item shipped back to you.
If we do not receive instructions regarding return shipment within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item on your behalf.
International orders are final sale. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not eligible for return or exchange.

Each VACOped Achilles Injury/Fracture and VACOped Diabetic Achilles Orthoses Boots come with two detachable soles: the flat “Rocker” sole and the 15° “Wedge” Sole. Both soles can be temporarily removed to help keep street dirt off of your furniture and out of your bed.
Picking up an additional 15º Wedge Sole also allows you to have a clean sole for walking around your house. If your 15º Wedge Sole sole is lost or damaged outside of warranty, you can order a replacement.

How To Select the Right Sizing
Please order the same size as your VACOped Achilles Injury Orthosis Boot, VACOped Short Achilles Walking Boot or VACOped Diabetic Achilles / ROM Walking Boot. (Boot size can be found on the bottom of the detachable sole).
