CalorDerm Warranty Guarantees their Heat Wraps for 6 months.
CalorDerm Heat Wrap products are guaranteed for six months. Any product that has been altered, cut, or modified in any way will nullify the guarantee and any warranty on the product. Normal wear and tear, or damage due to misuse does not qualify for refund.
Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect on the product label to customerservice@physiostore.ca. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

30-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that remain new and unopened.
Unopened condition required. Security seals must remain intact and packaging must not be opened. Items must be returned in original, unused condition for full product credit.
All law labels, identification labels, manuals, and original packaging must remain attached and undamaged. Please pack returns carefully in a secondary shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
If an item is returned opened, used, or not in resellable condition, the return will not be accepted. You will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to have the item shipped back to you.
If we do not receive instructions regarding return shipment within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item on your behalf.
International orders are final sale. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not eligible for return or exchange.

Instructions for Use
CAUTION: Always inspect the microwave and the wrap before heating. Do not overheat. Never exceed a total of 2 minutes heating time.
For Moist Heat Therapy
Place the wrap on a clean, microwave-safe glass plate and heat for 40 seconds to 2 minutes depending on microwave power. If your microwave does not rotate, place another plate on top to help distribute heat evenly. If necessary, fold the wrap loosely to fit. Halfway through, remove and reverse the fold. Always perform a touch test before applying. Reheat recently used wraps (within 2 hours) for half the time. Add 15-second intervals until desired warmth is achieved.
For Cold Therapy
Place the wrap in a sealed freezer bag and freeze overnight or for at least 3 hours. Apply to the affected area for 20–30 minutes at a time. Let the skin rest for 20 minutes before reapplying. CalorDerm microbeads provide a soothing, dry cold that feels comfortable and clean — no dripping or wet mess like ice packs.
CAUTION: Remove from the freezer if not being used for cold therapy. Do not exceed recommended heating or cooling times.
Cleaning and Care Instructions
Surface clean only. If exposed to creams, oils, or dirt, wait at least 3 hours before cleaning. Spot clean with mild soap, cold water, and a soft brush. Do not soak or submerge the wrap. Store in a clean plastic bag when not in use to extend its lifespan.
Important: Individuals with diabetes, circulatory problems, nerve damage, or reduced skin sensitivity should use this product only under a healthcare professional’s guidance. Exercise caution when using on children or elderly persons with delicate skin.
