The OPED Diabetic Vacuum Insert is designed specifically for Diabetic conditions. This vacuum insert features VACO12 technology. A cushion filled with thousands of Styrofoam pearls, surrounding the injury in the manner of a Total Contact Cast, the perfectly round shape of the pearls can absorb 12 times the pressure each.
When air is extracted from the insert with the pump, the insert hardens as a cast does, in mere seconds. Upon opening the valve and letting air flowing inside the cushion, it becomes soft again, and can be quickly and easily re-adjusted to the body part.

OPED’s Warranty Guarantees their Walking Boot Accessories For 12 weeks.
OPED warrants to the first buyer who is the original end-user of the Product) that the Product shall be free of material defects resulting from inferior materials or poor workmanship for a period of twelve (12) weeks of factual use.
If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to customerservice@physiostore.ca. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.
