Warranty Coverage
The CalorDerm IceFlow Edge main unit includes a 1-year limited warranty for the original purchaser. The therapy pad, power adapter and charger, insulated hose assembly and accessories include a 6-month limited warranty.
The warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental or drop damage, punctures, improper cleaning or storage, operating the pump without water, misuse, unauthorized modifications, damage caused by pulling or kinking the tubing, or use with non-approved equipment or accessories.
Proof of purchase is required. If you believe a component has a manufacturing defect, please contact The Physio Store with your order number and photos of the issue before returning the product.
Return Policy
5-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for items that remain new and unopened.
Unopened condition required. Security seals must remain intact and packaging must not be opened. Items must be returned in original, unused condition for full product credit.
All law labels, identification labels, instructions, and original packaging must remain attached and undamaged. Please pack returns carefully in a secondary shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
If an item is returned opened, used, or not in resellable condition, the return will not be accepted. You will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to have the item shipped back to you.
If we do not receive instructions regarding return shipment within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item on your behalf.

This complete knee-focused bundle includes the CalorDerm IceFlow Edge Cold Therapy Unit and your choice of a Regular or Large knee pad. It combines modern treatment controls, rechargeable battery operation and targeted circulating cold therapy in one convenient recovery system.
A Complete Knee Cold Therapy Bundle
The CalorDerm IceFlow Edge Knee Cold Therapy System provides the main unit, hose, power supply, carrying bag and selected knee pad needed to begin knee cold therapy.
It may be used as part of a healthcare-guided recovery plan following knee surgery, injury or activity-related soreness. Unlike the CalorDerm IceFlow Pro, the IceFlow Edge provides circulating cold therapy without adjustable pneumatic compression.

Choose Your Knee Pad
The Regular and Large pads differ in design, dimensions, coverage and fastening style. The Large pad is not simply a larger version of the Regular pad.

Need Additional Strap Length?
The Large pad includes standard 60 cm straps. Longer straps are available separately when additional length or overlap is needed around the thigh or calf.

Cold Therapy Without Pneumatic Compression
The IceFlow Edge circulates chilled water through the knee pad but does not inflate the pad or provide adjustable pneumatic compression.
Customers who require combined cold and compression therapy should consider the CalorDerm IceFlow Pro Knee Cold & Compression Therapy System.
Edge and Pro Pads Are Not Interchangeable
Only use therapy pads designed for the CalorDerm IceFlow Edge. IceFlow Pro pads use a different three-connection system for water circulation and pneumatic compression and will not connect properly to the IceFlow Edge.
Common Knee Cold Therapy Uses
The IceFlow Edge Knee System may be used as part of a healthcare-guided recovery plan for:

Correct Knee Pad Orientation
Position the Tube Toward the Feet
Apply either knee pad with its connection tube at the lower end of the pad and directed toward the feet. Correct orientation helps the pad sit properly and keeps the tubing away from the upper thigh.
How to Set Up the System
- Place the IceFlow Edge on a flat, stable surface.
- Add ice and clean water to the cooling reservoir as directed in the user instructions.
- Close and secure the lid.
- Connect the insulated hose to the IceFlow Edge unit.
- Position the selected knee pad over a cloth, sleeve, dressing or suitable skin barrier.
- Make sure the pad tube is directed toward the feet.
- Secure the pad comfortably without restricting circulation.
- Connect the knee pad to the insulated hose.
- Use the charged battery or connect the medical-grade power supply.
- Select the treatment mode, time and flow level recommended by your healthcare provider.
Applying the Regular pad
Centre the opening over the kneecap and wrap the attached stretchable straps comfortably around the leg.
Applying the Large pad
Centre the solid front over the knee. Position the wider 48 cm portion around the thigh and the 42 cm portion around the calf. Secure both portions using the included wide straps.
Do Not Operate the Pump Without Water
Always make sure the reservoir contains enough water before operating the IceFlow Edge. Running the pump without water may damage the unit and may not be covered under warranty.
Cold Therapy Safety
Always place a cloth, sleeve, dressing, towel or suitable barrier between the knee pad and the skin. Never place the cold therapy pad directly against bare skin.
Check the skin, circulation, pad position and strap tension regularly. Stop treatment if you experience excessive discomfort, numbness, burning, blistering, increased pain, unusual redness, discolouration or skin irritation.
Speak with a healthcare professional before using cold therapy if you have reduced sensation, neuropathy, diabetes, poor circulation, Raynaud’s syndrome, cold hypersensitivity, vascular concerns or another condition that may affect your response to cold.
Cleaning and Storage
After treatment, turn off and unplug the unit. Disconnect the pad and hose carefully, then drain the reservoir, hose and knee pad.
Wipe the unit and pad exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Mild soap may be used on the pad when necessary. Allow every component to dry completely before placing the system in its carrying bag.
Do not immerse the unit, charger or power cord. Do not store the system with water inside, pull the pad by its tubing or use harsh cleaning products.
