Breg’s Warranty Guarantees their Polar Care Cube Cold Therapy Systems For 6 Months.
Breg warrants to the first buyer who is the original end-user of the Product) that the Product shall be free of material defects resulting from inferior materials or poor workmanship for a period of 6 months of factual use.
If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as any serial numbers (SN) on the product label to customerservice@physiostore.ca. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

5-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for items that remain new and unopened.
Unopened condition required. Security seals must remain intact and packaging must not be opened. Items must be returned in original, unused condition for full product credit.
All law labels, identification labels, instructions, and original packaging must remain attached and undamaged. Please pack returns carefully in a secondary shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
If an item is returned opened, used, or not in resellable condition, the return will not be accepted. You will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to have the item shipped back to you.
If we do not receive instructions regarding return shipment within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item on your behalf.
International orders are final sale. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not eligible for return or exchange.

Depending your patient-specific protocol, with nothing more than an initial fill of a little ice and water, you can enjoy up to 6-8 hours of motorized cold therapy.
The Polar Care Cube Cold Therapy System requires a Polar WrapOn pad for the system to be fully functional. You will have to purchase this separately.
You can choose from different pads depending on the area you want to apply the cryotherapy. You can also cover 2 areas at once using the Y adaptor sold separately.

How to use Polar Care Cube Cold Therapy System
Setting Up the Polar Care Cube
- To refill:
- Unlock handle and remove lid
- Fill with cold water to line, then ice to line
- Replace lid and lock with handle in upright position
Coupler Connections
- To Connect Unit to Pad:
- Push down on the two metal tabs
- Push connectors together until metal tabs pop up
Operation
- To Turn on/off:
- Plug power supply into wall and receptacle on lid
- Operation begins automatically with power
- Unplug power supply to turn off
- To Turn on/off:
- To Refill:
a. Turn off
b. Press down on two metal tabs to disconnect unit and pad
c. Remove lid and place upside down on a flat surface
d. Drain and follow fill instructions
Check Skin Frequently
inspect the patient skin under the pad as prescribed typically every one to two hours. You should be able to inspect the skin by lifting the pad and insulation barrier.
End Session
To stop the pump, disconnect electrical power and remove pad.
How to Clean the Breg Polar Care Cube
- After use, empty and dry the unit with a soft cloth
- Warm water and mild detergent may be used occasionally to clean the pump and tubes
Polar Care Cube WrapOn Pads and Dressings
Note: Matching Sterile Polar Dressing listed under each WrapOn Pad. Body part indicated for Sterile Polar Dressing may or may not correlate with body part in pad name, but the sizes have been paired appropriately.
Polar Care Cube Dressing
Proper use requires an insulation barrier between the pad and your skin. The water impermeable Sterile Polar Dressings offered by Breg provide a complete barrier between the pad and the skin.
This can be purchased separately. You can also use a face towel between the pad and your skin for a more economical solution.
Polar Care Cube Y Adapter
The Y adapter allows for two pads, dual cooling zones, to be used at one time from one unit.
This can be purchased separately.
Warnings about the Polar Care Cube Cold Therapy System
- The Polar Care Cube can be cold enough to cause serious injury, including full skin necrosis.
- Follow these Operating Instructions, and carefully read the Product Insert (see the pouch on side of unit) and the Cold Therapy Pad Fitting Instructions (provided with each Cold Therapy Pad) prior to use

It took almost a week for this product to be delivered. I had recently had hip surgery and was counting on this product to help the swelling down. The delay in delivery was very frustrating. I do like the product. I’ve had one previously. Unfortunately, the electric plug lasted less than a year. A previous purchase from the Physio Store was delivered within 3 days.
