The TRUlign OA Knee Brace by VQ OrthoCare uses a single-upright design with Q-Hinge adjustment and three-point leverage to help shift pressure away from the affected side of the knee. This type of brace is often recommended when arthritis affects primarily one compartment of the knee, such as the medial or lateral side.

Unlike many rigid-frame OA braces, the TRUlign OA uses a wrap-style design that opens fully around the leg. This makes it easier to apply, especially for users who may have difficulty pulling a sleeve-style brace over the foot, ankle and calf.

Sizing Guide

Measure around the leg 6 inches above the centre of the kneecap and 6 inches below the centre of the kneecap. Match both measurements to the sizing chart before ordering.

Wear and Care

The brace should be applied directly against the skin and should feel supportive without causing numbness, tingling, increased pain or skin irritation. Wear time should usually be increased gradually so the body can adjust to the brace.

For cleaning, hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent, rinse well and air dry. Do not machine wash or machine dry.
