Push Med Foot Brace FP – Plantar Fasciitis Support Brace
The Push Med Foot Brace FP is an advanced orthopaedic brace designed to relieve pain caused by plantar fasciitis and plantar heel pain. By supporting the plantar fascia during weight bearing, the brace helps reduce strain on irritated tissue while allowing natural foot movement during daily activities.
Unlike rigid orthotics or bulky night splints, the Push Med Foot Brace FP provides dynamic support while walking and standing. The brace uses an innovative strap system that lifts and supports the arch of the foot, helping reduce tension on the plantar fascia and providing effective pain relief.
Its thin, lightweight, and breathable construction allows the brace to be worn comfortably throughout the day inside most types of footwear, including athletic shoes, work shoes, hiking boots, or even sandals.
How the Push Med Foot Brace FP Works
The brace features an innovative strap system designed to support the plantar fascia while maintaining natural foot movement.
- A forefoot strap forms a stable anchor point around the ball of the foot.
- Two functional straps cross beneath the arch.
- This structure lifts the arch and helps reduce tension on the plantar fascia during weight bearing.
- The result is effective pain relief while maintaining full freedom of movement.

What Causes Plantar Fasciitis?
Plantar fasciitis occurs when the plantar fascia — the thick band of tissue that runs along the bottom of the foot from the heel to the toes — becomes irritated or overloaded. This structure helps support the arch of the foot and absorbs shock during walking and running.
When excessive strain is placed on the plantar fascia, small micro-tears can develop where the tissue attaches to the heel bone. This often leads to inflammation and the classic symptom of sharp heel pain, especially with the first steps in the morning or after periods of rest.
Common causes and contributing factors include:
- Prolonged standing or walking on hard surfaces
- Running or sports that involve repetitive impact
- Tight calf muscles or Achilles tendon
- Flat feet or high arches
- Inadequate footwear or worn shoes
- Sudden increases in physical activity
A Different Approach to Plantar Fasciitis Support
The Push Med Foot Brace FP uses a unique functional strap system inspired by clinical taping techniques. By anchoring around the forefoot and crossing under the arch, the brace helps reduce tension on the plantar fascia during weight-bearing activities such as walking, standing, or sports.
This design helps relieve pain while still allowing natural foot movement, making it possible to remain active during recovery.
