All OPTP products are fully guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of arrival. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to customerservice@physiostore.ca. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

Author Biography
Angela Kneale, OTD, MA, OTR/L is an occupational therapist, integrative health coach, Franklin Method® educator, and fully certified Stott Pilates® instructor. Professional occupational therapy experience includes industrial rehabilitation, employee wellness, and treatment of individuals with chronic pain, physical problems, and neurological issues. She provides health and wellness services through her private practice, teaches mind-body movement and Pilates exercise, is the author of seven books, and specializes in the integration of movement, breathing, postural alignment, and relaxation techniques for optimal health.
