Perifit Smart Pelvic Floor Trainer
The Perifit Pelvic Floor Trainer is a smart biofeedback device designed to help strengthen pelvic floor muscles through guided Kegel exercises and interactive training programs. When paired with the Perifit mobile app, the device allows users to visualize pelvic floor muscle contractions in real time while following structured exercise sessions designed to improve pelvic muscle strength.
Pelvic floor muscle training is widely recommended by pelvic health physiotherapists to support bladder control, pelvic stability, and core strength. The Perifit system transforms traditional pelvic floor exercises into engaging training sessions that help users stay motivated and maintain consistent training habits.
The device connects to your smartphone using Bluetooth and measures pelvic floor muscle activity using dual pressure sensors. These sensors detect both superficial and deep pelvic floor muscle contractions, providing feedback through the app during training sessions.
Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Recommended
Pelvic floor muscle training is commonly recommended by pelvic health physiotherapists as a first-line approach for strengthening pelvic floor muscles and improving bladder control. Biofeedback training devices can help guide correct muscle activation during exercises.
Key Features
- Smart pelvic floor trainer with real-time biofeedback
- Interactive mobile app guided exercise programs
- Dual pressure sensors detect superficial and deep muscle contractions
- Visual feedback helps ensure exercises are performed correctly
- Track strength improvements and workout history
- Made from soft medical-grade silicone
- Bluetooth connection to smartphone
- Waterproof design for easy cleaning
- Lightweight anatomical design for comfort
- Health Canada approved Class I medical device
How the Perifit Trainer Works
The Perifit device contains pressure sensors that measure pelvic floor muscle contractions during exercise. These signals are transmitted to the Perifit app, where users can see visual feedback and follow guided exercise programs.
Biofeedback training can help individuals learn proper muscle activation and avoid common mistakes such as contracting surrounding muscles instead of the pelvic floor.
Signs Your Pelvic Floor May Be Weak
The pelvic floor muscles support the bladder, uterus, and bowel while helping control urination and core stability. When these muscles become weakened or poorly coordinated, symptoms may occur.
- Bladder leakage when coughing or exercising
- Frequent or urgent need to urinate
- Difficulty controlling gas
- Pelvic heaviness or pressure
- Reduced core stability during movement
- Difficulty identifying pelvic floor muscles
Pelvic Floor Training and Prevention
Consistent pelvic floor exercises can help strengthen pelvic support muscles and improve bladder control. Guided training programs and biofeedback devices may help improve exercise technique and training consistency.

GREAT HELPS WITH KEGELS!
Perifit is fantastic for strengthening pelvic floor. I can see if I am properly doing my kegels. I have done it wrong for a long time, my incontinence is now improved. On the other hand, they have a great customer service. They helped me a lot with technical tips on how to contract the correct muscles.
