Franklin Method Guarantees their Products for 30 days!
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, accidents, neglect, misuse, or operation beyond capacity, or any other alteration of the band, in Franklin Method’s judgment, materially or adversely affects the product or part.
The duration of this Limited Warranty varies by product but is effective from the date of delivery to the purchaser. Franklin Method’s sole obligation under this Limited Warranty is to replace the band at no charge
Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect to customerservice@physiostore.ca. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will ship a replacement.

30-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that have been opened or tried on, provided they remain in resellable condition.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned clean, complete, and in like-new condition with all original components, instructions, and product/identification labels intact. Please pack returns securely (ideally in a secondary shipping box) to prevent damage in transit.
Restocking fees may apply. If an item is returned used, damaged, missing packaging/instructions, or not in resellable condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from the refund.
International orders are final sale. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not eligible for return or exchange.
