Chattanooga’s Warranty Guarantees the Continuum TENS / NMES For 3 Years.
The Continuum Tens / NMES main unit is fully guaranteed against defects for 3 Years from the date of arrival. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Chattanooga warrants to the initial Purchaser (“Purchaser”) (and to no other person) that the Product (with the exclusion of accessories such as chargers, rechargeable batteries, electrodes, lead wires, tape adhesive patches and electrode cream) and the component parts thereof, distributed or manufactured by Chattanooga, shall be free from defects in the workmanship and materials for three years from the initial date of purchase from Chattanooga (the “Warranty Period”).
Accessories including, but not limited to electrodes, lead wires, tape adhesive patches and electrode cream are excluded from the Warranty and sold “AS IS” because their
structure is such that they may be easily damaged before or during use.

Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to customerservice@physiostore.ca. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

Product Features
- Continuum features 2 independent channels that can be managed separately. Users can select either the same program on both channels, or 2 different programs to be used simultaneously
- It offers 13 pre-programmed and 2 custom regimens for NMES and TENS. Modify treatment time, waveform type (Symmetrical or Asymmetrical), pulse rates and durations (widths), cycling type, off times, channel ramp times, and on time
- Continuum uses balanced waveforms capable of delivering a powerful and strong contraction while remaining comfortable
- Hand switch: The handheld remote trigger can be used to easily activate stimulation, either by the clinician at a distance, or by the patient
- Heel switch: When placed inside the user’s shoe, this optional heel switch can be used to trigger muscle stimulation. This foot / heel switch #2645 is an optional accessory.
- Belt clip: A simple belt clip that fits over a belt or waistband
- Kick stand: Built-in, pull-out kick stand
- Battery powered: Continuum runs on a pair of standard AA batteries
