Warranty Coverage
The CalorDerm IceFlow Pro main unit is covered by a 1-year limited warranty. Therapy pads, the power adapter / charger, hose assembly, and accessories are covered by a 6-month limited warranty unless otherwise stated.
Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, improper cleaning, operating the pump without water, unauthorized modifications, accidental damage, damage from drops, normal wear, punctures, overfilling ice bags, or use of non-approved accessories. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.
Return Policy
5-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for items that remain new and unopened.
Unopened condition required. Security seals must remain intact and packaging must not be opened. Items must be returned in original, unused condition for full product credit.
All law labels, identification labels, instructions, and original packaging must remain attached and undamaged. Please pack returns carefully in a secondary shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
If an item is returned opened, used, or not in resellable condition, the return will not be accepted. You will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to have the item shipped back to you.
If we do not receive instructions regarding return shipment within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item on your behalf.

Unlike a basic cold therapy machine, the IceFlow Pro circulates chilled water through the pad and adds adjustable compression. As a result, it gives users a more complete recovery tool for knee surgery, swelling, injury care, and rehabilitation support when used as directed by a healthcare provider.

You can add optional accessories to make your setup more convenient. For example, the IceFlow Pro Y-adaptor and CalorDerm reusable ice bags may help frequent users, clinics, and post-surgery customers manage repeated treatment sessions more easily.
Reusable ice bag rotation
The optional CalorDerm reusable ice bags help keep your cold therapy unit ready between sessions. Use 2 to 3 frozen bags in the CalorDerm reservoir. Then, keep the remaining bags frozen for later use.
For best fit, fill each bag with about 250 to 300 mL of water before freezing. Also, do not overfill the bags because water expands as it freezes.

Skin Safety and Underlayer Use
Always place a cloth, sleeve, dressing, towel, or suitable underlayer between the therapy pad and your skin. Do not place the cold-compression pad directly on bare skin.

- Do not overtighten straps.
- Start with lower pressure settings unless your healthcare provider gives different instructions.
- Stop use if the pad feels too cold, too tight, painful, or uncomfortable.
