The TomLand Medical Core 3 Section Electric Treatment Table includes a 5 year structural frame warranty and a 3 year warranty on the actuator and moving parts.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal clinical use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, upholstery damage, misuse, accidental damage, improper cleaning, overloading, unauthorized repairs, or damage caused by moving, transporting or storing the table incorrectly.
Return Policy
Clinical Equipment Return Policy
Clinical equipment items require return authorization before they can be returned.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns must be unused, undamaged, unmodified, clean, complete, in resalable condition, and returned in the original packaging or crating.
Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Original outbound freight or shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return freight or return shipping, including proper packaging, insurance and carrier arrangements.
Custom orders, special-order products, custom colours, custom configurations, modified equipment, opened clinical devices and used clinical equipment are final sale unless there is a confirmed warranty issue.
Freight damage or shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging and provide clear photos of the damage, packaging and shipping label so a claim can be started.
Warranty issues are handled under the manufacturer warranty or product warranty terms and are not treated as standard returns.
