All OPTP products are fully guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of arrival. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to customerservice@physiostore.ca. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

30-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that have been opened or tried on, provided they remain in resellable condition.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned clean, complete, and in like-new condition with all original components, instructions, and product/identification labels intact. Please pack returns securely (ideally in a secondary shipping box) to prevent damage in transit.
Restocking fees may apply. If an item is returned used, damaged, missing packaging/instructions, or not in resellable condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from the refund.
International orders are final sale. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not eligible for return or exchange.

The Com-Pressor SI Belt is a uniquely designed sacroiliac belt, allowing pelvic support positioning to be customized to the patient’s needs.
The Com-Pressor™ SI belt is a pelvic compression belt that helps promote pelvic and core stability during retraining of impaired core muscles that may develop from pregnancy, surgery, sprains and more.
Developed by Diane Lee, PT, the patented Com-Pressor allows both the location and level of compression to be easily adjusted around the pelvic girdle using individually applied elastic compression bands. The user places the inelastic belt on first and, then, the support bands can be applied exactly where support is needed. For example, Diane Lee performs a test where she compresses the pelvis in different positions and has the patient lift each leg. Once determining which compression positions yielded the best results, the bands can be placed in those exact spots for personalized relief.
The Com-Pressor pelvic belt is ideal for a number of lumbo-pelvic conditions, from postpartum women to those recovering from injuries such as groin strains, lower abdominal strains, sacroiliac joint instability, hernia, osteitis pubis or impaired core muscle function. It helps restore a functional corset of pelvic compression allowing confident and comfortable core muscle re-training and strengthening.
Non-slip comfort assures user compliance and maximum results, and the low profile design allows patients to wear The Com-Pressor under clothing without unsightly bulkiness. Each Com-Pressor includes one inelastic belt, four elastic compression straps and an instruction booklet; replacement straps are available separately. This product contains latex.

Great product, really helped me survive my SI joint dislocation. Product came swiftly, as indicated it would. Highly recommend.
This belt is amazing. Recommend to my by my Physio it is the perfect adjunct to core strengthening exercises. Relieves my SI joint pain while sitting and standing for long hours. But it is not a substitute for exercises necessary to improve pelvic stability. It is perfectly designed to provide support specifically in areas of concern. As an Occupational Therapist I highly recommend this product.
Com-pressor belt is wonderful! Sacroiliac pain is quite diminished.
