Special Handling Shipping applies to oversized, heavy, high-value, or specialty items that require additional care during transport.

For large clinical equipment or freight-required products, higher flat-rate shipping fees may apply based on size and quantity.

In rare cases where actual carrier costs significantly exceed the calculated shipping charge, we may contact you prior to dispatch to confirm any required adjustment.

Signature confirmation may be required for certain shipments, particularly higher-value orders, to help ensure secure delivery.
