The Chattanooga SS-2 Hydrocollator Heating Unit is covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty provided by Chattanooga / DJO. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship when the unit is used under normal clinical conditions and maintained according to manufacturer guidelines.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser and begins on the date of delivery. Coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components at the manufacturer’s discretion.
