ProCare by DJO Global Warranty Guarantees the Brace for 6 months.
All DJO braces are covered by a comprehensive warranty for six months from the date of sale to the end user. This warranty includes coverage for defects in textile materials and the internal structure of the brace, such as the stays or plastic frame. DJO Global will repair or replace all or part of the unit and its accessories for material or workmanship defects for a period of six months from the date of sale
Please note, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or improper application. In such cases, warranty claims may be denied at the sole discretion of DJO Global.
Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect on the product label to customerservice@physiostore.ca. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

Return Policy
30-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that have been opened or tried on, provided they remain in resellable condition.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned clean, complete, and in like-new condition with all original components, instructions, and product/identification labels intact. Please pack returns securely (ideally in a secondary shipping box) to prevent damage in transit.
Restocking fees may apply. If an item is returned used, damaged, missing packaging/instructions, or not in resellable condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from the refund.
International orders are final sale. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not eligible for return or exchange.

Unfortunately the last 2 wrist braces that I purchased for my husband (he’s in LTC) aren’t wearing well. I am endeavouring to mend them until I’m able to find a better quality one. Not happy.
