30-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that have been opened or tried on, provided they remain in resellable condition.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned clean, complete, and in like-new condition with all original components, instructions, and product/identification labels intact. Please pack returns securely (ideally in a secondary shipping box) to prevent damage in transit.
Restocking fees may apply. If an item is returned used, damaged, missing packaging/instructions, or not in resellable condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from the refund.
International orders are final sale. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Adjust Your Poles to the Right Height
The ideal height of your walking pole should be at a level that allows your elbow to be bend 90 degrees when standing and walking. You can find this height by standing tall, and bend your elbow to 90 degrees while your are is by your side. This is the height that you should be gripping the poles at. See below for more details.

I really like these poles, but have not yet used them extensively. Would have given them 5 stars if they had a shock absorber feature, which I would have preferred. But a very good product, good price, and expeditious delivery.
They felt strange at first but did not take long to get in stride. They are easy to adjust and I love the cork handles.
Love our walking poles, easy to adjust height, nice and light weight. Think wrist straps could be better, can’t get them tight enough. Would certainly recommend.

It took awhile to receive them due to the heavy volumes of parcel delivery that the couriers have to deliver but we received them before xmas and are very happy with them. I use them daily on my walks and like them very much.Excellent product.
