OPTP’s Warranty Guarantees Its Products For 30 days!
All OPTP products are fully guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of arrival. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct. Ensure that items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY for prompt action.
Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to customerservice@physiostore.ca. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

30-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that have been opened or tried on, provided they remain in resellable condition.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned clean, complete, and in like-new condition with all original components, instructions, and product/identification labels intact. Please pack returns securely (ideally in a secondary shipping box) to prevent damage in transit.
Restocking fees may apply. If an item is returned used, damaged, missing packaging/instructions, or not in resellable condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from the refund.
International orders are final sale. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not eligible for return or exchange.

Created by a Doctor of Physical Therapy with decades of experience working with shoulder injuries, the PRO Shoulder Support™ cradles the shoulder joint in a healthy position.
By elevating and decompressing the shoulder joint it counteracts gravity and the weight of the arm, which helps decrease pain and soreness. By positioning your arm away from your body, it also allows greater blood flow to the rotator cuff muscles, which helps speed recovery.

How to Use the Pro Shoulder Support
Use the the PRO Shoulder Support while you do your daily activites, work on the computer, sleep, while watching TV, and any time you need relief.
- Slide the PRO Shoulder Support over your wrist and position it in your underarm/axilla
- Adjust the strap to a snug fit. If you experience any discomfort, tingling or numbness, you may be applying it too tightly. Reposition or adjust, as needed.
- Allow your arm to rest completely. Continue wearing for 20-30 minutes or greater, depending on comfort and need.
- For nighttime usage while sleeping on your side or back, ensure the strap is not too tight.
Care and Cleaning: Remove cover before cleaning. Hand wash with a mild detergent. Air dry completely. Spot clean between washings using a damp cloth or sponge.

Great shoulder recovery tool – I play baseball and football and both sports require excessive throwing which can make my shoulder sore from overuse. I switched from ice to Pro Shoulder Support to recover and relieve soreness and muscle fatigue after practice and games. Best way to recover and get back in the game.
Shoulder pain??? GONE! – I used this Pro Shoulder support after sustaining an injury. I could not even drive my car without pain. Upon recommendation from my PT, I began using the Pro Shoulder Support regularly to ease the pain and hold my arm in the perfect position to recover. It was an absolute God send. My son, a Division 1 collegiate baseball player has been using this product since high school to stabilize his shoulder after pitching and catching. He has stayed healthy without any arm injuries when many of his teammates have experienced numerous injuries, some even leading to surgery. He would attest to the Pro Shoulder Support being an exceptional recovery tool for any athlete using their arms/shoulders repeatedly.
Helps keep you in the game! – All three of our boys play high-level travel baseball. The Pro Shoulder Support is a staple in their baseball bags. The boys use it after practices/games as well as during games between innings when they are pitching. The Pro Shoulder Support reduces stress on their throwing arm and allows them to pitch and recover more quickly. Additionally, the support is very easy to use and can easily be slipped on the arm in a few seconds. In fact, my 13 year old came out of the dugout after his game this past weekend and said “I could feel my arm tiring in the first inning. I put on the Pro Shoulder Support between innings for the remainder of the game. My arm felt better in the 4th inning than it did in the first”. If your children play ball, this product is a “must have” in their baseball/softball bags not only for recovery, but also injury prevention.
This product is great! – I am a high school baseball coach and after i throw batting practice i use the pro shoulder support and it helps relieve any arm and shoulder soreness! It is a great product!
I have had multiple surgeries on both shoulders and until now I could not find a product which would relieve my pain from everyday work. This product after a day or two got rid of my pain and allowed me to work with no problem.
