OPTP’s Warranty Guarantees Its Products For 30 days!
All OPTP products are fully guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of arrival. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to customerservice@physiostore.ca. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

30-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that have been opened or tried on, provided they remain in resellable condition.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned clean, complete, and in like-new condition with all original components, instructions, and product/identification labels intact. Please pack returns securely (ideally in a secondary shipping box) to prevent damage in transit.
Restocking fees may apply. If an item is returned used, damaged, missing packaging/instructions, or not in resellable condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from the refund.
International orders are final sale. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not eligible for return or exchange.

Helps me with posture
The stretches I can do with this half roller have helped me improve my posture and relax tight muscles. The roller is soft which is easier on my spine as I decompress and work through the exercises. This OPTP half Pro-Roller Soft was recommended to my by my physical therapist. I’ve recommended it to friends who are struggling with medical conditions similar to mine.
Some very minor dents on half of the top surface, contacted customer via email but no response, so I ended up exchanging it.
