OPTP’s Warranty Guarantees Its Products For 30 days!
All OPTP products are fully guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of arrival. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to customerservice@physiostore.ca. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

30-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that have been opened or tried on, provided they remain in resellable condition.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned clean, complete, and in like-new condition with all original components, instructions, and product/identification labels intact. Please pack returns securely (ideally in a secondary shipping box) to prevent damage in transit.
Restocking fees may apply. If an item is returned used, damaged, missing packaging/instructions, or not in resellable condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from the refund.
International orders are final sale. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not eligible for return or exchange.

It features a moderate density made from durable EVA foam; perfect for improving blood circulation throughout fascia, skin, muscles and joints.
The roller’s most unique feature is its raised, circular bumps that aid in lymphatic drainage and decreasing inflammation.
Recommended for use with the exercises featured in Lauren’s book Taller, Slimmer, Younger.

Amazing Roller!!!!
A roller is extremely important for alignment and awareness of the body. As an orthopedic nurse I have used and recommended many rollers but the LoRox roller and techniques are the best. I highly recommend you give them a try!
daily necessity
At my age, 72, flexibility and core strength are necessary to keep healthy and active. This roller, with its striking color, is in my daily routine. I love the density of it without being painfully hard. I alter my routines to regularly explore the various aches that occur in just living day by day, as well as dealing with recurring hip and lower back issues. It’s never too late to BEGIN!!
Such an amazing roller… true life changer for posture and feeling over better and stronger
Great roller, I use it daily. The length is perfect for movements where I lay on it length wise as it supports my head as well (I’m 5’4). The “look” of the roller is nicer in person, than in photo 🙂
