Perform exercises to help build core strength, improve posture and release stress with the LoRox Body Sphere full-body massage ball.
The LO ROX Body Sphere is perfect for balance and core workouts and for massaging sore muscles. Designed to use for exercises to help build strength and core resilience, especially in your all-important pelvic floor—an area many people lose connection to with age.
Can be used as a positioning prop to help activate and integrate muscle groups, or place on the floor and gently roll the body part you want to target over the ball for a soothing massage to aid in the release of deep structural tension, while helping to reduce inflammation and hydrate connective tissue. Perfect for home, studio or therapeutic use.
