Manufacturer Warranty
MedX Warranty Guarantees their Rehab Laser System for 3 Years.
All MedX Laser and Light Products include a three-year limited warranty, with batteries and accessory cables covered for twelve (12) months.
MedX will complete all in-warranty repairs or replacements within thirty (30) days of receiving the defective product.
Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect on the product label to customerservice@physiostore.ca. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for repair/ replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.
