Med Spec products have a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of SIX MONTHS from date of purchase.
If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as any serial numbers (SN) on the product label to customerservice@physiostore.ca. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

30-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that have been opened or tried on, provided they remain in resellable condition.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned clean, complete, and in like-new condition with all original components, instructions, and product/identification labels intact. Please pack returns securely (ideally in a secondary shipping box) to prevent damage in transit.
Restocking fees may apply. If an item is returned used, damaged, missing packaging/instructions, or not in resellable condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from the refund.
International orders are final sale. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not eligible for return or exchange.

This wrist brace contains three aluminum stays comfortably immobilize the wrist and thumb. Radial, palmar, and dorsal stays restrain wrist and thumb motion. These stays can be altered to give that perfect angle and fit or they can be removed altogether if desired.

I highly recommend this brace. I’ve had a few bouts of De Quervain’s. Initially I used the much shorter and softer braces, but they didn’t help to ease the pain. Sleeping in this every night has made a huge difference. As soon as you put it in you can feel it support your thumb at just the right angle.
