The Infracare Pero Brace Fixing Kit is covered for manufacturing defects or shipping damage identified upon receipt.
Because this product consists of small hardware components designed for installation on footwear, issues related to improper installation, modification of the shoe, misuse, or normal wear after installation are not covered.
If you receive a fixing kit with missing components or visible damage, please contact PhysioStore with your order number and photos of the issue within a reasonable time after delivery so our team can assist you.
