Description

High-Support Compression Shorts for the Low Back, Pelvis, Hips, and Groin

The CORESHORTS Pro 3.0 / X70 is designed for customers who need more support than a regular compression short can provide. It helps support the low back, pelvis, hips, and groin while improving motion control during sport, training, work, and recovery.

The CORESHORTS Pro 3.0 / X70 is a high-support compression short designed to connect the low back, pelvis, and hips through a patented support system. It is a strong option for customers looking for more structure, stability, and confidence during movement without the bulk of a traditional brace.

Whether you are returning to activity after a groin strain, dealing with hip or pelvic instability, looking for lower-back and sacroiliac support, or trying to stay active in a physically demanding job, this model is built to provide a higher level of support than ordinary compression shorts.

Why choose this model

  • Patented Core Activation System “X” for targeted support
  • Designed for maximal support through the low back, pelvis, hips, and groin
  • Medical-grade compression for a more structured feel than standard compression shorts
  • Suitable for sport, rehabilitation, and physically demanding daily activity

How It Helps

Unlike a basic compression short that mainly offers general compression, this model is designed to provide more directional and functional stability through the core and hip region. That can be especially helpful during skating, running, cutting, pivoting, lifting, and other movements that place repeated stress on the pelvis, groin, and lower trunk.

Common support needs

  • Low back and SI joint support
  • Pelvic and hip stability
  • Groin, quadriceps, and hamstring support
  • Return-to-sport confidence
  • Extra support for demanding work and activity

Key Features

  • Patented “X” Core Activation System for targeted dynamic support
  • Designed to provide 80% more directional and functional stability than a regular compression short
  • Medical compression rating of 28.8 to 34.4 mmHg
  • Supports the low back, pelvis, hips, groin, quadriceps, and hamstrings
  • Designed for customers who need a more complete functional support system
  • Latex-free construction
  • Antibacterial, antimicrobial, quick-dry wicking material

Who Commonly Uses This Support Short

This model is often used by athletes and active adults who want added support during training, competition, or recovery. It is also used by people returning to movement after injury and by customers who need more confidence and stability during physically demanding daily tasks.

Why many customers choose this version

The X70 / Pro 3.0 is often chosen when customers want more support than a standard athletic compression short, broader sizing than many hockey-retail alternatives, and clearer sizing guidance before ordering.

  1. I ordered a large and am finding them rather tight and when riding a bike they were uncomfortable in the crotch area.I only weigh 175 pounds so I am disappointed because your sizing says they are suitable for a much higher weight!!I bought them mainly for pickleball but do ride my bike a lot and would like to wear them for support.I’m not sure if an xl would be a better fit.

  2. Great quality product and super fast shipping thanks !

  3. Those made all the difference for my lumbar herniated disc and hip joint instability. Wearing those while doing more active tasks reduced my pain and discomfort by half or so… The support makes a difference
