Overview
The Concorde Mini Aerobic Step is a compact, space-saving step platform designed for cardio conditioning, step training, balance work, and functional fitness. Unlike fixed-height mini steps, this model adjusts to three height levels so you can increase intensity as your fitness improves.
How to Adjust the Height
The step uses detachable base sections to change platform height. Set the step at 5″ for lower-impact movement and easier storage, then add the bases to reach 7″ or 9″ when you want a bigger challenge.
- 5″ height: best for beginners, low-impact cardio, warm-ups, and balance drills
- 7″ height: great for general fitness step-ups and moderate-intensity cardio
- 9″ height: ideal for higher-intensity step training and stronger lower-body demand
Grip, Stability, and Floor Protection
A textured stepping surface helps provide traction during stepping and directional changes. Non-skid rubber feet improve stability and help protect flooring in home gyms, studios, and training spaces.
Who This Is For
- Home gym users and small-space workouts
- Beginners who want adjustable difficulty
- Cardio step training and low-impact conditioning
- Balance and coordination exercises
- Functional fitness and general lower-body strengthening
