The AchilloTrain® orthopedic ankle brace helps to relieve the Achilles tendon without restricting mobility in cases of pain or inflammation (e.g. due to excessive strain or after operations). An anatomically contoured friction pad offers a targeted massage along the tendon, stimulating the surrounding muscles. The breathable, skin-friendly Train knit material offers compressive support that adapts perfect to the shape of the foot.

The compression of Bauerfeind products is guaranteed for six months.
Claims for manufacturing defects or customer dissatisfaction must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
Any product that has been altered, cut, or modified in any way will nullify our guarantee and any warranty on the product.
Normal wear and tear, or damage due to misuse does not qualify for refund. Please follow the donning
instructions in the product booklet
Return Policy
30-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that have been opened or tried on, provided they remain in resellable condition.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned clean, complete, and in like-new condition with all original components, instructions, and product/identification labels intact. Please pack returns securely (ideally in a secondary shipping box) to prevent damage in transit.
Restocking fees may apply. If an item is returned used, damaged, missing packaging/instructions, or not in resellable condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from the refund.
International orders are final sale. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not eligible for return or exchange.

Bauerfeind AchilloTrain® Orthopedic Ankle Brace Care Instructions:
- All Train active braces can be washed separately in the washing machine at 30°C with liquid detergent
- In the case of products with Velcro straps, these should be removed if possible or firmly attached to the designated place.
- If possible, pads or splints should also be removed before washing.
- It is recommended to use a laundry net (spin cycle: maximum 500 revolutions per minute). Dry your Train active brace in the air and not in the dryer, otherwise, the knitted fabric may be impaired.
- Please wash your Train active brace regularly so that the compression of the knitted fabric is retained.
