For Bath: Place 1/3 to 1/2 cup in bath full of warm water. Foot Soak: place 2 tbsp. in foot warm bath. Soak for at least 15 minutes.

Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Zea Mays (Corn) Starch, Magnesium Sulfate, Crambe Abyinissica (Abyssinian) Oil, Cupric Oxide, Polysorbate 80, lavender essential oil.
