Breg’s Warranty Guarantees their Cold Therapy Accessories For 6 Months.
Breg warrants to the first buyer who is the original end-user of the Product) that the Product shall be free of material defects resulting from inferior materials or poor workmanship for a period of 6 months of factual use.
If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as any serial numbers (SN) on the product label to customerservice@physiostore.ca. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

5-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for items that remain new and unopened.
Unopened condition required. Security seals must remain intact and packaging must not be opened. Items must be returned in original, unused condition for full product credit.
All law labels, identification labels, instructions, and original packaging must remain attached and undamaged. Please pack returns carefully in a secondary shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
If an item is returned opened, used, or not in resellable condition, the return will not be accepted. You will be contacted regarding return shipping fees to have the item shipped back to you.
If we do not receive instructions regarding return shipment within 30 days, you authorize us to dispose of the item on your behalf.
International orders are final sale. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not eligible for return or exchange.

The Breg Kodiak Battery Pack is designed for use with the Breg Kodiak Cold Therapy System. The Breg Kodiak Cold Therapy System is the only unit that has the option to add this portable battery.
Each battery pack comes four batteries to provide 10-14 hours of power for motorized cold therapy. Simply slide the battery pack onto the top of the Kodiak Cold Therapy System.
The battery pack includes 4 replaceable AA batteries. You would replace these batteries as needed. A set of batteries provides approximately 14 hours of usage.
The Breg Kodiak Cold Therapy Unit is not included.
