All OPTP products are fully guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of arrival. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to customerservice@physiostore.ca. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

30-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that have been opened or tried on, provided they remain in resellable condition.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned clean, complete, and in like-new condition with all original components, instructions, and product/identification labels intact. Please pack returns securely (ideally in a secondary shipping box) to prevent damage in transit.
Restocking fees may apply. If an item is returned used, damaged, missing packaging/instructions, or not in resellable condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from the refund.
International orders are final sale. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not eligible for return or exchange.

Without this much needed support, I would not be able to walk at all some days. It’s surprisingly comfortable and does not irritate my skin. You cannot tell you’re wearing it under your clothing at all. Extremely secure Velcro type material that does not slip or slide out of place. It doesn’t stay in place while sleeping though. It slides up to my waist. But I place pillow between my knees to keep hips aligned etc.
I received it very quickly. I’m very happy with this purchase. I would definitely recommend this SI Belt!

Years ago I had a tailbone fall that was excruciating and I went through all sorts of treatments to try to get back to normal life but nothing was working for me. A savvy physical therapist noticed that my SI joints were involved (something my Dr’s didn’t catch) and started me using the Si-Loc belt 24/7 for the first 90 days then just during the day after that. It helped me so much. It gave my muscles the chance to remember where they were supposed to be positioned and get used to being in that place again on a regular basis instead of in the position that caused me all the pain. I credit the belt for much of the recovery I got. I would highly recommend the Si-Loc Belt to anyone dealing with low back or even hip pain that is related to SI Joints.
I love this belt. It gives me the right support for my lower back but can’t really be seen under my clothes. Great quality and shipped quickly. Will def buy from here again.
