Push Warranty Guarantees their Braces for 6 months.
All PUSH braces are covered by a comprehensive warranty for six months from the date of sale to the end user. This warranty includes coverage for defects in textile materials and the internal structure of the brace, such as the stays or plastic frame.
However, issues related to Velcro not adhering are only covered under a 90-day warranty. This distinction arises because Velcro performance issues are often attributable to inadequate cleaning, not a defect in the material itself. To maintain Velcro functionality, it is essential that users follow the recommended cleaning procedures outlined on the instruction card included in the product packaging. Any failure of the Velcro to remain attached to the brace or seams holding the Velcro would, however, be considered a textile defect and is covered under the six-month warranty.
Please note, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or improper application. In such cases, warranty claims may be denied at the sole discretion of PUSH.
Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect on the product label to customerservice@physiostore.ca. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

30-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that have been opened or tried on, provided they remain in resellable condition.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned clean, complete, and in like-new condition with all original components, instructions, and product/identification labels intact. Please pack returns securely (ideally in a secondary shipping box) to prevent damage in transit.
Restocking fees may apply. If an item is returned used, damaged, missing packaging/instructions, or not in resellable condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from the refund.
International orders are final sale. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not eligible for return or exchange.

The Push ortho Ankle Brace Aequi Junior (or simply Aequi Junior) strikes a good balance between effective mechanical support and good wearer comfort for cases of (sub-)acute or chronic ankle injury. The children’s ankle brace was designed for ages 6 to 12 (with shoe sizes of approximately 30-36 (EUR)).
The Aequi Junior stabilizes the ankle joint during inversion as well as eversion and in both neutral and flexed positions. The freedom of dorsal and plantar flexion is sufficiently maintained to allow normal walking. Optimal functioning of the brace is achieved when it is worn in a sturdy (lace-up) shoe.
The shell, which forms the basis of the brace, provides optimal support for the ankle in a simple and comfortable manner. Diagonal straps, made of non-elastic material, ensure adequate mechanical support, while elastic straps provide the correct compression.

- Acute ankle ligament lesions; both inversion and eversion trauma
