Two functional cushions, or pads, are incorporated into the support at the inside and outside of the joint.  Equipped with novel massage nubs, they provide local relief along the muscles and tendon insertions.  Special cutouts around the protruding bones of the elbow prevent unpleasant pressure and ensure correct positioning of the support.

The EpiTrain encourages circulation with a constant intermittent compression massage and promotes the reduction of edemas and hematomas.  It also improves the control of your muscles.  This allows the muscles to actively stabilize the joint.

Measurement: Measure the circumference in centimeters, the largest part of your forearm. If your sizing measures close to the top of one size, we recommend strongly you choose the next size up.  These braces fit tight.

Care Instructions for the EpiTrain Elbow Support

All Train active supports can be washed separately in the washing machine at 30 ° C with liquid detergent. Please note the following information:

1. 1. In the case of products with Velcro straps, these should be removed if possible or firmly attached to the designated place.
   2. If possible, pads or splints should also be removed before washing.

It is recommended to use a laundry net (spin cycle: maximum 500 revolutions per minute). Dry your Train active support in the air and not in the dryer, otherwise the knitted fabric may be impaired.

Please wash your Train active support regularly so that the compression of the knitted fabric is retained.
