DonJoy Warranty Guarantees their Soft Good Products for 6 months.
DonJoy offers a limited 6 month warranty on the products it manufactures. Products manufactured by DonJoy are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and material for 6 months after receiving the product. The foregoing warranty shall not apply to normal wear and tear, or if the product has been subjected to misuse or misapplication the warranty will be voided at the discretion of DonJoy.
Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect on the product label to customerservice@physiostore.ca. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for a warranty replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

30-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that have been opened or tried on, provided they remain in resellable condition.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned clean, complete, and in like-new condition with all original components, instructions, and product/identification labels intact. Please pack returns securely (ideally in a secondary shipping box) to prevent damage in transit.
Restocking fees may apply. If an item is returned used, damaged, missing packaging/instructions, or not in resellable condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from the refund.
International orders are final sale. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not eligible for return or exchange.

ProCare Surround Patella Strap by DJO Global helps relieve anterior knee pain caused by patellar tendonitis, chondromalacia and Osgood Schlatter by applying pressure to the patella tendon.
The primary body of the strap is a soft, latex free nylon/foam laminate with contact closures. The bladder is encased inside the body of the primary patella strap and may be adjusted for added compression. It provides uniform compression and a customized fit while prohibiting pressure from being displaced to bony prominences.
