SUPPORT SMALL CANADIAN BUSINESS
I do pilates twice a day for 1/2 hr. I’m 67 years old and have found using these wedges over the past 2 weeks have definitely made some of my routine easier. Helps with positioning the hands and holding them where they should stay throughout the routine.
