This 3D compressive elbow sleeve is manufactured using our MotionTech™ technology and features two integrated epicondyle SmartPads™ for more targeted support and cushioning. The RadialStrap™ provides additional compression and support. Available in Black only!

Ossur’s Warranty Guarantees their Off The Shelf Braces for 6 months!
Össur warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not apply if this product:
- was not purchased from Össur or its authorized dealer;
- has been altered in any way; or
- has not been used in accordance with Össur’s Instructions for Use (IFU).
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, accidents, neglect, misuse, or operation beyond capacity, parts damaged by improper installation, substitution or parts not approved by Össur, or any other alteration or repair by others that, in Össur’s judgment, materially or adversely affects the product or part.
The duration of this Limited Warranty varies by product but is effective from the date of delivery to the purchaser. Össur’s sole obligation under this Limited Warranty is to either repair or replace the product at no charge, or to credit purchaser’s account for the value of the defective product at Össur’s sole discretion. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to customerservice@physiostore.ca. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.
CloseReturn Policy
30-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that have been opened or tried on, provided they remain in resellable condition.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned clean, complete, and in like-new condition with all original components, instructions, and product/identification labels intact. Please pack returns securely (ideally in a secondary shipping box) to prevent damage in transit.
Restocking fees may apply. If an item is returned used, damaged, missing packaging/instructions, or not in resellable condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from the refund.
International orders are final sale. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not eligible for return or exchange.

The Össur Formfit Pro Elbow Brace is a high-performance solution for providing relief and support to individuals experiencing elbow discomfort or injuries. Crafted with a 3D-knitted, lightweight fabric, this brace delivers targeted compression to reduce pain, swelling, and inflammation.
Indications for Use
For elbow conditions that may benefit from compression, such as;
- Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis).
- Golfer’s elbow (medial epicondylitis).
- Elbow strains or overuse injuries.
- Mild arthritis or joint pain.
- Support during sports or repetitive motion activities.

Contraindications
Must not be used by individuals for whom compression is contraindicated.
Cleaning and Care Guide
- Wash regularly to retain the compression of the textiles.
- Machine-wash with a mild detergent at cold temperature (30°C).
- Air dry.
Note: Secure the hook and loop fasteners before washing to avoid damaging the textiles.
Note: Do not tumble dry, iron, bleach, or wash with fabric softener.
Note: Avoid contact with salt water or chlorinated water. In case of contact, rinse with fresh water and air dry.
