Do you offer free shipping?

Most regular retail orders over $120 qualify for free shipping within many areas of Canada. Some heavy, oversized, remote-area, special order or clinical equipment products may not qualify for free shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

The Physio Store primarily serves customers in Canada. Some international orders may be possible depending on the product, destination, shipping cost and regulatory restrictions. International customers should contact us before ordering to confirm availability and shipping options.

What currency will I be charged in?
