30-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that have been opened or tried on, provided they remain in resellable condition.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned clean, complete, and in like-new condition with all original components, instructions, and product/identification labels intact. Please pack returns securely (ideally in a secondary shipping box) to prevent damage in transit.
Restocking fees may apply. If an item is returned used, damaged, missing packaging/instructions, or not in resellable condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from the refund.
International orders are final sale. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not eligible for return or exchange.

My RMT suggested I get this and I have been so thankful that I bought it. I use it twice a day and have seen a decrease in headaches/migraines, and an increase in energy which perhaps is just a coincidence, but I can definitely say that my neck feels better and I ask my husband for a lot fewer massages. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone who struggles with sore necks/headaches.
It does a great job of breaking up tension trigger points. I like its flexibity – I can control and adjust the position and pressure to suit my needs.
I’ve been using this for a month (every night before bed and some mornings) and so far I have noticed less head tension. I get a release in the back of my skull that is similar to when I go for cranial release appointments, but this each time I lie on this, it doesn’t cost me $100!
I am hoping this will continue and that my headaches will decrease in severity and frequency.
I would highly recommend this product for relaxing the neck; however, I would caution petite people against using it in the mid-back area. I used it for a very short amount of time (30 seconds – 1 minute) and had pain breathing deeply afterwards for nearly 15 hours. Because of my size, I don’t think it hit the right area to relax my back. It is perfect for my neck, though.
