How to Use

• Place the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use.
• Insert the chilled gel pack into the designated pouches in the wrap.
• Observe warnings and instructions for use of gel packs.
• Locate “neck” area of wrap and place on affected shoulder.
• Place short strap under upper arm and attach to wrap in the front and back.
• Locate longer strap and attach to front of wrap near neck area so strap comes across chest under the arm of the unaffected shoulder, across back and attached to the back of wrap.
