Breg’s Warranty Guarantees the PTO soft Knee Brace For 6 Months.
Breg warrants to the first buyer who is the original end-user of the Product) that the Product shall be free of material defects resulting from inferior materials or poor workmanship for a period of 6 months of factual use.
If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as any serial numbers (SN) on the product label to customerservice@physiostore.ca. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

30-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that have been opened or tried on, provided they remain in resellable condition.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned clean, complete, and in like-new condition with all original components, instructions, and product/identification labels intact. Please pack returns securely (ideally in a secondary shipping box) to prevent damage in transit.
Restocking fees may apply. If an item is returned used, damaged, missing packaging/instructions, or not in resellable condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from the refund.
International orders are final sale. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not eligible for return or exchange.

Airmesh® is a non-neoprene 3-D latex-free material. Airmesh is ideal for those who are allergic to neoprene. Airmesh is a breathable knee support for extended daily use. Half the weight of neoprene this breathable fabric absorbs moisture, wicking it away from the body.
Breg’s soft goods are made from the highest quality Neoprene, allowing them to hold their shape longer than most competitors’ products. Elastic piping along the top and bottom of our knee supports increases durability and improves fit.
