Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is one of the most common injuries in the upper extremity. A nerve in your wrist gets swollen and inflamed which can cause pain and numbness in parts of your hand. We discuss what carpal tunnel syndrome is and what exercises and other things you can do to help get better!
Repetitive tasks, such as typing, can often lead to wrist pain. With many of us working from home in less-than-optimal ergonomic workstations, wrist pain can be another significant stressor.

Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome
The acute phase of a frozen shoulder is within the first 6 weeks after getting symptoms. These are one of the first exercises you want to do when you have a really painful irritated shoulder that does not move very well.

De Quervain's Tenosynovitis
DeQuervain Tenosynovitis is a term used to describe irritation of your abductor pollicis longus (APL) and extensor pollicis brevis (EPB), or the thumbs up muscles.
Tennis elbow is a term used to describe irritation of the extensor muscles of the forearm that help move your wrist; these muscles attach to the lateral epicondyle of the radius bone at the elbow. Therefore, the term lateral epicondylitis is another term for this injury. Tennis elbow is common in activities where quick repetitive extension of the wrist is required, including tennis. However, it is also one of the most common workplace injuries.
