ProStretch Plus Adjustable Calf & Foot Stretcher

$39.95

The Original ProStretch Design, Now Adjustable

The ProStretch Plus improves on the classic ProStretch calf and foot rocker with an adjustable heel rest that lets you choose a gentler or deeper stretch. Its patented curved rocker design helps keep the foot in a consistent position for a smooth, controlled stretch through the calves, Achilles region and foot.

Built for Progressive Stretching

A removable toe lift adds a more advanced plantar fascia and forefoot stretch, while the longer, wider platform fits adult shoes up to size 14. Durable, lightweight construction, slip-resistant pads and a recommended 300 lb (136 kg) weight limit make it a practical choice for home, clinic or training use.

The Original ProStretch Calf Rocker, Improved for Greater Control

The ProStretch Plus Adjustable Calf and Foot Stretcher is the updated version of the original ProStretch rocker. It retains the patented curved design that made ProStretch distinctive, then adds an adjustable heel rest, removable toe lift and a longer, wider foot platform.

The rocker supports the foot as you move into the stretch, helping create a smooth and repeatable motion. Instead of relying only on a wall, stair edge or curb, you can position the foot securely and adjust the stretch to match your current comfort and flexibility.

One Stretcher That Can Progress With You

Move the heel rest forward for a deeper stretch or move it back for a gentler stretch. This adjustment changes the depth of the stretch—not the size of the foot platform. Begin at a comfortable setting and increase the angle gradually as your flexibility improves.

What Makes the ProStretch Plus Different?

The Plus is more than a larger version of the original ProStretch. Its adjustable design gives you greater control over the stretching angle while preserving the familiar rocker movement of the original model.

Stretch the Calves, Achilles Region and Plantar Fascia

Foot position, knee position and body alignment can be changed to focus the stretch on different areas of the lower leg and foot. The ProStretch Plus can be incorporated into stretching routines for tight calves, limited lower-leg flexibility, Achilles-region stiffness and plantar fascia tension.

Depending on the exercise selected, it may be used to stretch:

  • The upper calf and gastrocnemius muscles
  • The lower calf, soleus and Achilles region
  • The plantar fascia and underside of the foot
  • The toes and forefoot using the removable toe lift
  • The inner and outer portions of the calf
  • The hamstrings using the positions shown in the stretching guide

Quality You Can See in the Details

Many calf and foot rockers share a similar outline, but the ProStretch Plus is the adjustable model from the company behind the original ProStretch design. Its dimensions, adjustment method, shoe-size accommodation and recommended user weight are clearly documented for this specific model.

The continuous foot platform supports the shoe from heel to forefoot, while the defined heel rest helps maintain a consistent starting position. Slip-resistant pads help stabilize the rocker on a clean, dry floor, and the durable lightweight construction makes it easy to keep at home, take to the gym or use in a clinic.

The Original ProStretch, Thoughtfully Improved

The Plus model keeps the simple curved rocker movement of the original ProStretch while adding meaningful improvements: adjustable stretch depth, a removable toe lift, more room for larger footwear and a higher recommended user weight limit.

Adjustable Heel Rest

The heel rest is the defining feature of the ProStretch Plus. Moving it toward the front of the device increases the stretching angle. Moving it toward the back reduces the angle and creates a gentler starting position.

The adjustment is intended to change the depth of the stretch. It does not extend or shorten the platform for different shoe sizes. New users should start with a comfortable setting and avoid forcing the foot into its maximum range.

Removable Toe Lift

The included toe lift raises the toes to create a more advanced stretch through the forefoot and plantar fascia. It can be removed when performing standard calf and Achilles-region stretches.

Begin using the ProStretch Plus without the toe lift. Add it only after you are comfortable with the rocker movement and can maintain a controlled, pain-free position.

How to Use the ProStretch Plus

  1. Place the ProStretch Plus on a clean, dry and stable floor.
  2. Keep a wall, countertop or secure support within reach for balance.
  3. Wear a supportive athletic or walking shoe with a rubber sole.
  4. Begin with the heel rest positioned for a comfortable, gentle stretch.
  5. Place your heel firmly against the heel rest and support the forefoot on the platform.
  6. Slowly rock or shift your body until you feel comfortable tension through the intended area.
  7. Hold the position without bouncing, then return the foot to a neutral position.
  8. Increase the stretching angle gradually as your comfort and flexibility improve.

Stretch Slowly and Stay in Control

A stretch may feel firm, but it should not feel sharp or painful. Do not bounce, force the movement or continue if symptoms increase. Use one ProStretch Plus at a time. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before use following surgery or when managing a current foot, ankle, Achilles or calf injury.

Frequently Asked Questions

Click on the question to reveal the answer!
Is this the genuine ProStretch Plus made in the USA?

Yes. This is the authentic ProStretch Plus from Medi-Dyne, the original ProStretch brand. It is made in the USA and includes the adjustable heel rest and removable toe lift that distinguish the Plus model from basic foot rockers.

What is the difference between the ProStretch Plus and the ProStretch Original?

The Plus is longer and wider, fits adult shoes up to size 14, and has a recommended weight limit of 300 lb or 136 kg. It also has an adjustable heel rest and removable toe lift. The Original has a fixed stretching angle, fits shoes up to size 12, and has a recommended weight limit of 250 lb or 113 kg.

How does the adjustable heel rest work?

Move the heel rest forward to increase the depth of the stretch or move it back for a gentler stretch. The adjustment changes the stretching angle; it does not change the size of the foot platform.

Can the ProStretch Plus be used for plantar fasciitis?

It is designed to stretch the plantar fascia, toes, calves and connected lower-leg tissues, so it can be used as part of a plantar fasciitis stretching program. It is not a cure, and persistent or worsening heel pain should be assessed by a qualified healthcare professional.

Can I use the ProStretch Plus to stretch my Achilles tendon and tight calves?

Yes. Different foot and knee positions can target the upper calf, lower calf, soleus and Achilles region. The stretch should feel controlled and should never be sharp or painful.

How is the ProStretch Plus different from a wall stretch or slant board?

A wall stretch relies mainly on body position, while a slant board supports the foot on an incline. The ProStretch Plus uses a curved rocker to guide the foot through the movement and an adjustable heel rest to make the stretch gentler or deeper.

What is the removable toe lift for?

The toe lift raises the toes for a more advanced stretch through the plantar fascia and forefoot. Start without it, then add it only after you are comfortable using the rocker and want a deeper foot stretch.

Should I wear shoes while using the ProStretch Plus?

Yes. Use it with a supportive shoe that has a rubber sole. Do not use it barefoot or in socks alone, as they do not provide the same support and grip.

What shoe sizes fit the ProStretch Plus?

The platform fits adult shoes up to US size 14. A small amount of toe overhang can be acceptable, but do not use the toe lift if your toes extend beyond the front of the platform.

What is the maximum user weight?

The manufacturer’s recommended weight limit is 300 lb or approximately 136 kg.

How long should I hold each stretch?

The manufacturer’s guide suggests holding many stretches for up to 30 seconds, returning the foot to a neutral position for about 5 seconds, and repeating two more times. Start gently, do not bounce, and stop if the movement causes pain.

Can the ProStretch Plus be used while sitting?

Some exercises can be performed while seated, while the main calf and Achilles stretches are performed standing. Use a wall, countertop or another stable support for balance and follow the included guide or video for the exercise you are doing.

Can I use two ProStretch Plus stretchers at the same time?

No. Medi-Dyne recommends using one ProStretch Plus at a time. A purpose-built double model should be used when both legs need to be stretched simultaneously.

Can I use the ProStretch Plus after a foot, ankle, calf or Achilles injury?

Check with your physiotherapist, physician or another qualified healthcare professional before using it for a current injury or after surgery. Use it only on a dry, stable surface and never force the stretch into pain.
