Overview
The CoreFX Aerobic Step Riser is designed to expand the height and versatility of the CoreFX Adjustable Aerobic Step Platform, allowing users to progressively increase workout intensity for cardio training, strength exercises, functional fitness, and rehabilitation programs.
How the Riser Works
Each riser adds approximately 2 inches of height to the step platform when used as a balanced pair. For safe and stable use, risers should always be added evenly to both sides of the platform.
- 1 riser per side (2 total): raises the platform by approximately 2 inches
- 2 risers per side (4 total): raises the platform by approximately 4 inches
Risers can be stacked to progressively increase platform height, allowing users to customize difficulty as fitness level, strength, and training goals evolve.
Sold Individually
Use on Its Own
The riser itself measures approximately 4 inches in height and can be used independently as a low-profile step or elevation block for balance exercises, rehabilitation work, mobility training, or functional movement drills.
Who This Is For
- Users looking to increase aerobic step height
- Commercial gyms and group fitness studios
- Physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and clinical settings
