All OPTP products are fully guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of arrival. Please check your package immediately to be sure your order is correct and items were not damaged. If you receive a defective product or an incomplete order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY prompt action. Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please keep the box if you are contacting us about a damaged item.
Please send photos of the defect as well as serial numbers (SN) on the product label to customerservice@physiostore.ca. We will communicate with you if the item(s) is/are eligible for replacement. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping to send back the defective product, you will receive a replacement after the defective product is received.

30-Day Return Window. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that have been opened or tried on, provided they remain in resellable condition.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned clean, complete, and in like-new condition with all original components, instructions, and product/identification labels intact. Please pack returns securely (ideally in a secondary shipping box) to prevent damage in transit.
Restocking fees may apply. If an item is returned used, damaged, missing packaging/instructions, or not in resellable condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from the refund.
International orders are final sale. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not eligible for return or exchange.

Life Saver!
I suffer from very mild scoliosis and hyper-mobile joints in my back which cause my muscles to work twice as hard resulting in soreness. Especially if I stand for long periods or wear high heels, I wake up with a very sore back. I’ve learned to exercise and strengthen my back which has helped tremendously. When my weak back caused me so much pain I needed to go to physical therapy. I used this wedge there and was taught how to properly use it on my own if needed. This purchase has allowed me to give myself the best personal massage on my own. I receive instant relief and relaxation every time. I feel so blessed to have such a tool at my fingertips every time I need it.
Life Saver! Unbelieveable results.
I suffered 2 years from severe debilitating head pain, from irritated /inflamed, injured Occipital Nerves at base of head. Intense debilitating pain occurred in left side of head, neck, shoulders and traps. Duration of pain was minimum 12.5 hours to 35 hours prohibiting sleep, work or ability to drive a car. Pain increased when lying down. My Physical Therapist used this mobilization wedge by applying pressure over spine, as I lay flat on my stomach. The wedge’s dug out middle tunnel gives protection to the spine while pressure is to each side of the spine. Pops and snaps were heard as the spine mobilized. The action was repeated every few inches down to mid spine.This wedge also relieved and got rid of knots in traps that caused added discomfort to muscles and nerves, and head pain was reduced by 90 percent after use. I use it 3 times a week minimum or as needed and am regaining my life back. I highly recommend this product, the results have been amazing.
Couldn’t live without it
I hate to make what sounds like ridiculous claims, but I could not live without this. It literally is the only thing that will loosen up my back so I can live a somewhat normal live. I also hate to start rumors, but I heard this rumor from a PT that they might stop making them. Scared me into buying 7 of them. It’s embarrassing to say, but I simply could not live without the wedge.
