COREFX Push Sled
The COREFX Push Sled is a high-performance training tool built to elevate strength and conditioning sessions with simple, effective resistance. Its versatile design supports pushing, pulling, and dragging drills that challenge the legs, glutes, core, and upper body while driving heart rate and work capacity.
Push, pull, or drag for total-body conditioning
Use the push poles to train acceleration and leg drive, or switch directions quickly by moving the bar position. Add a strap or harness (sold separately) for resisted drags and pulls—great for athletic performance, functional training, and conditioning workouts.
Multi-direction training
Easily switch bar position to change push direction, or attach a strap for pulling/dragging drills to build strength, stamina, and power.
Floor-protective ski attachments
The included ski-style attachments help protect flooring and improve glide. Train on common surfaces like grass, turf, concrete, or asphalt—making the sled a practical option for gyms, garages, driveways, and fields.
Built for repeated use
Constructed from heavy-duty steel, the COREFX Push Sled is designed to withstand demanding training environments. A stable base and robust construction help it hold up through frequent, high-effort sessions.
